1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to the official website of the Agro Input Dealer Association (AIDA), India. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AIDA website, membership portal, online payment facilities and other services provided by the Association. By accessing this website, registering for membership or making an online payment, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the website or its services.
2. Membership Registration
Individuals and businesses wishing to become AIDA members must complete the membership registration process and provide accurate and complete information. All membership applications are subject to verification and approval by the authorized AIDA representatives or membership committee. AIDA reserves the right to request additional documents or information and to approve or reject applications in accordance with its membership rules. Payment of membership fees does not guarantee membership approval. Membership becomes effective only after the application has been approved and the applicable requirements have been fulfilled.
3. Membership Fees and Online Payments
Membership registration fees, renewal fees and other applicable charges will be displayed on the website or membership portal before payment. Payments may be made through the authorized payment gateway using the available payment methods, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking. Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment details and retaining their transaction confirmation. Refunds, cancellations and payment-related disputes will be governed by the applicable AIDA policies.
4. User Responsibilities and Website Usage
Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information during registration and payment. Users must not: Submit false or misleading information. Attempt unauthorized access to the website or membership portal. Interfere with the website's security or functionality. Upload malicious content or use the website for fraudulent activities. Misuse AIDA's name, logo or intellectual property. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, where applicable, and complying with the Association's membership rules.
5. Intellectual Property, Liability and Amendments
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and documents, is owned by AIDA or used with appropriate authorization.
